Services

Community Services: Community partnership program providing services for senior citizens, the homeless populace, and neighborhood needs to promote the self-sufficiency of individuals and our communities.  Provides emergency services such as payment of rent/mortgage or utilities, and food pantry services.  This department also offers job placement services for the disabled.

Head Start: Full and part-time day care and preschool services with emphasis on the areas of child development, health/safety, nutrition, mental health, disabilities, family partnerships, parent involvement and literacy. These programs advocate for a community that shares responsibility for the healthy development of children and families.

Economic Development: Community program promoting the establishment of entrepreneurial business activities through Small Business Loans, and Individual Development Accounts.  Also Providing Home Owners and Home Buyers assistance through Owner Occupied Rehab, Down Payment Assistance, Homebuyer Education, Housing Counseling, and Acquisition Rehab/ New Construction Programs.

Home Repair/Weatherization: Community Program which provides emergency home repair and energy conservation through education activities and repair services.
